All product prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
The total amount charged for your order will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
🚚 Shipping Charges
For U.S. orders:
International shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

🧾 Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

🛒 Order Confirmation & Payment
By submitting an order, you authorize DDPaws and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Please review your order information carefully, including your products, sizes, personalization details, shipping address, and contact information.

✨ Personalized Orders
Many DDPaws products are personalized or made to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details—including names, phone numbers, custom text, sizes, colors, and other selected options—before completing an order.
Once a personalized order has entered production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If DDPaws makes an error with your personalization or engraving, please contact us and we will make it right in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at email@ddpaws.com as soon as possible.
Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production has started.
If your order has already entered production or shipped, our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Once an approved return package is received by DDPaws, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
After a refund is issued by DDPaws, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
🏷️ Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products, or restrictions on combining multiple promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed.
