Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your pup) to be completely happy with your order. If something doesn't work out, don't worry — we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all eligible returns.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at email@ddpaws.com.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions. Prepaid return shipping labels are provided only if the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, an engraving mistake, or a damaged product. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🌍 International Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping and the personalized nature of our products, all international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or ordering mistakes.

However, we understand that sizing can be difficult, so we offer one free size exchange for your first order if the size doesn't fit your pup. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to arrange your replacement.

If we made a mistake—such as sending the wrong item, making an engraving error, or your item arrives damaged—we'll make it right. In these cases, you'll be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund, and we'll also cover any applicable return shipping costs.

✨ Personalized & Engraved Items

Because custom engraved items are made specifically for your pet, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • We made a spelling or engraving error.

  • You received the wrong product.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We'll gladly replace it or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
