Product & Customization

Q1. How do I choose the correct size for my dog?
Use a soft tape to measure around your dog's neck.
Allow space for one to two fingers for comfort.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size.

Q2. What engraving options are available?
We commonly engrave Pet Name + Phone Number, but you may enter any short text.
Keep engraving short and clear for best readability.

Q3. I forgot to enter engraving details. What should I do?
Don’t worry — simply email us at daisyandduke2024@gmail.com
Include your order number + engraving text (example: Bella | 555-123-4567)
We’ll update your order before production.

Q4. Can I order the collar without engraving?
Yes, just leave the engraving field empty during checkout.

Q5. What materials are your collars made from?
Strong nylon with reinforced stitching, comfortable lining, and durable metal hardware for everyday wear.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Returns & Support

Q9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Non-custom items: returnable within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Custom engraved items: only returnable if damaged, incorrect, or faulty on our end.

Q10. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace or refund — your satisfaction matters.
