It took my package almost 3 weeks to get to me :( I know it’s not the owners fault but I bought it with plenty of time I needed it for a trip and I ended up having to get another harness and leash for my pup. The shop owner answered any time I messaged the within 24 hours which I was very thankful for ! I do have a little problem with his harness it does not stay where it needs to be it gets all twisted and his leg has gotten out but I feel like I am constantly fixing it even though I have it as tight on his chest I can with out strangling him which makes me sad but other that I love the bow and collar I got along with the leash and the little poop bag :)
